Would hot or cold packs on my eyes help prevent bags under my eyes?

Thanking you in advance.

Cold shrinks things and heat expands so I say cold. They might prevent your tea bag eyes

Prep H if you are going out or used tea bags if it's the day after. Just place them on your eyes, lie back and ask the maid to peal you a grape.

put two teaspoons in the freezer and just as you're about to go out, gently press the spoons against and around your eyes. this works wonders.

Now I'm imagining Anthony and dog latin obsessively inspecting their under-eye bags in the mirror. That's awesome.

We've had this thread before, I think. My advice remains the same -- cold. Ice is magical for eye bags.
