so i saw this film last night, and i thought it was wonderful, a beautiful moving and sad love story. cant wait until its out on dvd so i can get it. dont know anything about chris doyle but it looked stunning, and i loved the ever so slightly cheesy cleaning fantasy, mainly cos thats totally my fantasy too!
so what about pen-ak ratanaraung? what else has he done? I wanted to see monrak transistor but missed it when it came out. Is that worth trying to track down?
any more love for this film?

some googling tells me it's by "Small Room & Hualongpong Riddim" which is ... not helpful

ok 6ixtynin9 is really good too. reminded some of morvern callar or a QT movie done less show-off/flashy.
