Curry house woes in the UK

If someone has found a means of gainful employment which noone else wants to take, what is the justification for refusing them the permission to live here?

Has England become a more palpably nasty place in even a short a time as, say, the last five years? I fear that it has and I'm becoming less and less inclined to stay here.

The eastern Europeans want to do it!
