so i'm off to the doctor today with the hopes of securing a place at the stanford/usf clinic here in sf.
has anybody here been observed while asleep at a sleep clinic before?

and nah, harnesses are not advisable. they don't help and don't stop the compulsion to move.

now, this man and i are crazy about each other and have been beginning to get serious, so i want sleepovers to continue. this condition of mine could seriously impede our closeness.
fuck, the next time i go over i'll lug my chamomile tea bags spiked with valerian root and my lavender filled sleep mask.
i think i've got periodic limb movement disorder. i've been reading about it online.
