i'm at work just now and i am barely keeping my eyes open, and there's strange aching of my arms.

what can i do to make myself feel better/more awake/not ache??

1. drink Red Bull (i would put alcohol too but i'm still at work)

Get some fresh air. Alternatively, do you have air con? If so, whack it up quite high so that it's cold & that should wake you up.

done 1,2 and 8 so far, plus walked through sainsburys just then with daft punk on full volume (the walk soon turned to a semi dance) and eating lunch! which might help too.
