My shoulder hurts - who do I sue?

My shoulder's been a little painful for a few days and today it's started caning really badly. I think it's because I've been kind of "swivelled" round on my desk and putting more strain on it than I should in an attempt to keep ILE away from prying eyes at work.

I'm wondering whether to sue -

The manufacturers of the desk
My employers
ILE
