Most of those dresses aren't flattering and/or are worn by annoying girls. What you're looking for are girls in well constructed 50s style sexy dresses or girls in skirts and t-shirts. Not sundresses. Those are lame.

Yes. It is a pencil skirt. I find those to be the best of skirts and own many, many of them though they are a bit inconvenient for every day casual wear to be honest.

Be careful here. The only pervy Googler email I have was all to do with pencil skirts. This may or may not prove hotness.
