ensure is disgusting, i had to drink it when i had a broken jaw but i mixed it with bananas, peanut butter and frozen yogurt in a blender then drank it through this sort of turkey baster with a tube on the end of it. going to the bathroom when you have not had solid food is not fun.

Boost comes in plastic bottlesd now. If I didn't know any better, I'd say it almost looks drinkable this way. Dangerous! and dangerously inaccurate.
