Is that hynotism?
Hypnosis to give up smoking has worked 2/3 times. As in, twice managed not to smoke for over a year and once it was utter failure and lit up next day. Anyone else had any cig-nosis that worked? And if so can I have their number? Cheers.

Never been hypnotised but heard recently of a Paul McKenna show where he managed to get a compulsive hair eater to stop by telling her it tasted of her worst imaginable food (avocado)
I'd like to be hypnotised to be able to sleep through Kevs snoring.
Does hynotherapy really work?
