The storm was expected to arrive in the Bahamas on Thursday. While asking residents and tourists to stay calm, Prime Minister Perry Christie acknowledged Frances could be "the most intense hurricane in recorded history." CBC News

Your fiend or the storm? I should be fine. By the time these things get to the middle of the east coast, they are usually worn out. I don't think it's headed in the right direction anyway. I'm a little worried about kaysee, and about all the vulnerable islands in the area. Florida and Haiti are still recovering from the last major storm.
