What's worse -- posting while very tired or posting while very drunk

Though my spelling is worse when drunk, I still seem to make sense. But when I haven't had much sleep (like today), I post all kinds of embarassing rubbish. Is there a condition or state of mind in which you probably shouldn't be writing stuff but do so anyway?

Posting while tired is WORSE, because of what Nicole said, PLUS you're more likely to remember what you posted. And blaming such nonsense on being sleepy isn't half as charming as chalking it up to one too many Harvey Wallbangers.

Sleeplessness is much worse! Because sleeplessness fires paranoia, while drunkenness just fires enthusiasm and disinhibits one from not saying things one would really like to say. Lack of sleep distorts the brain and the perceptions of the world in a far worse way than mere alkyhol.

I would, however, put a breathaliser on my phone to stop drink'n'dial.

A 'drink 'n dial' phone - Oh, almost the greatest idea since kraft cheeze. Shluurely though, there can b a brthlzer 2 stp drnk & txt msg - the bane/embarrassment of my drunken life.

You can't even check what you sent sent in your stupor the night before. I know the simple answer is not to take a phone on a night out, but I *might* need it.

The last time I was round Suzy's, she actually played me "Before And After Vodka" messages that I had left on her ansaphone during that particularly... debauched Fireworks/Peter Dandy's Birthday Party, and I don't just want, I NEEEEEEEEED a breathaliser for my mobile. If that English accent is out, I should not be using the thing. Good GOD, I never even THOUGHT about texts I might have sent. Shit! There is no record of those! I generally think that it takes more coordination to create a text message, so I'm safe there.
