I'm speechless.

This is my new favorite dumb exercise fad since Strip Aerobics.

Yoga Booty Ballet is an incredibly entertaining combination of fat-burning cardio, yoga-inspired flexibility, and strength training and posture enhancement, with special emphasis on lifting and firming the booty.

Well that's nice.

It's a floorwax AND a desert topping, Ned.

Michael Daddino (epicharmus), Monday, 13 September 2004 06:28 (twenty-one years ago)

Slices and dices.

I'm fascinated because the more and more exotic exercise fads seem to get, the more they contain within them the not-so-secret concession from their practitioners that exercise is, by nature, really and truly boring and in constant need of jazzy gimmicks to maintain interest. Though much the same thing could be said about fruit drinks or pop music, true.

I am loving the "see the difference!" pictures, in which the woman has on a more baggy unflattering aerobics tank in the before pic, and a smaller tighter one in the after - and apart from that I see no difference at all really.

Trayce (trayce), Monday, 13 September 2004 06:35 (twenty-one years ago)

nonsense trayce, heaps of them are also heavily faketanned in their after photos

gem (trisk), Monday, 13 September 2004 06:39 (twenty-one years ago)

Didn't Parliament have a song about this?

oops (Oops), Monday, 13 September 2004 06:41 (twenty-one years ago)

Some of the before and after shots involve weight losses of three or five pounds. This may be a "guy thing" but to me that seems negligible -- I lose and gain that much throughout the course of an average day.

Michael Daddino (epicharmus), Monday, 13 September 2004 06:41 (twenty-one years ago)

Neh, I can never tell either.

Trayce (trayce), Monday, 13 September 2004 06:46 (twenty-one years ago)

Then again I havent weighed myself since ever, so...

Nellie (nellskies), Monday, 13 September 2004 07:30 (twenty-one years ago)

i'll say.

latebloomer (latebloomer), Monday, 13 September 2004 07:31 (twenty-one years ago)

In the before pic, Robyn has boobs. In the after pic, she does not.

Ergo, any men perving on Robyn want her to get her money back.

Sorry, that was supposed to be signed from "Your Friendly Oversexed Patriarchy" but I'm guessing that's how most people pronounce "Dan Perry '08" by this point anyway.

Dan Perry '08 (Dan Perry), Monday, 13 September 2004 12:54 (twenty-one years ago)

It's all in the spelling.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 13 September 2004 13:09 (twenty-one years ago)
