Those who cannot get into the site may be able to see the front page by going to http://members.tripod.com/~holy_toledo_comix/holytoledo/ instead, which fixes the problem of the underscore in the hostname. Don't know if that will fix it for everyone, though.

However, they will not be able to follow any links on the page because of this line of html:

<Base href="http://holy_toledo_comix.tripod.com/holytoledo/index.html">

which means that every link points at the version of the hostname with underscores in. So you might want to fix that. In the meantime they can get there by copying the link filename (i.e. right-clicking on a link, selecting "copy shortcut" or similar, and cutting off everything before the last / character) and sticking http://members.tripod.com/~holy_toledo_comix/holytoledo/ on the front.
