Fine article! I'm a long time fan of the company, and they were an important inspiration for me when I was an editor, so I'm very glad that they are making good money from this - and of course few things deserve this classy treatment as much as Peanuts.

I still have a handwritten note that Peter Bagge once mailed me in response to some comics I had sent him. It was very honest and encouraging. In my wallet is the last daily of Peanuts where Schulz said goodbye. I'm so happy to see both Fantagraphics and Peanuts hooked up together. They make for a great couple.
