What interesting things have you written in school essays just to make your teacher/professor mad?

Before taking some standardized test in high school a bunch of us decided to all find a way to work Elvis into our essays, whatever the subject. I did and most other people said they had pulled it off, too. There was no way of knowing what, if any, effect our effort had, though. It probably wasn't even picked up on by the legions of graders off somewhere slogging through page after page of high school writing.

Damn, that's depressing. I don't ever want to memorize a rubric through repetition.
