Pseudo-Copyright Infringement?

So, here's the situation (which isn't really much of one, to be honest). We have my site (POPSHOTS.ORG), which, of course, is a respected fixture in the "what the hell is that" corner of the web. Then, we have this site / magazine (POPSHOT.NET), a newish site (under a new name - formerly BOMBAST-XXX.COM), which I imagine is respected in various circles as well. Sorta similar subject matters, sorta similar MOs, but not much else in common (outside of the name).

Jokes of my good name being besmirched by this vague confluence of idenities & websites, should I be concerned? Should I take action? Should I mention that their magazine cover layout is a bit drab?

Please note that, for a while, I was stealing the name of BOTH a Polaroid camera and a greeting card company.

maybe you shoudl tell them your site gets tons of hits and people might go to your site instead of thiers so they might want to change it.

In any case, Popshots is a lot better name than Popshot.

Sean is right, Popshots sounds much better. Popshot sounds like, "This guy just got popshot all over my shirt and it's not washing out".
