I've had it confirmed now: Kitten Natividad has had a double mastectomy. She's fine and cancer-free now, and undergoing breast reconstruction surgery. She can have only one done at a time with a 4 month delay between them. While she was opting for small ones, the doctor said he must put them back the way they were (originally, pre-expansion) due to the formation of her rib cage. I'm sure all of our best wishes go out to her in this time of trial in her life.
