Intriguing image, James. Fill in the blank, people:
It's what I see in my head when I listen to _____ .

There's a new(-ish) zine from Chicago called Found Magazine, that is all "found art" and "found literature", etc. I think they have a site at foundmagazine.com. I haven't seen the zine yet - we just ordered a subscription for our library.

I like accident2.gif better. It looks like a wooden french fry container from the wild west. Why didn't you post a link to it? It's better than accident3.gif.

There are a whole bunch of accidents at Tangents at the moment. I've tiled one as my wallpaper and it looks rather nice.

you know, aren't we all just art accidents waiting for the ambulance of popular judgement to take us to the A&E of history?

i'd say it's an iteresting formulation on the moving of meaning through the temproal passages that excplicitss subverts its own meaning by continually darting from darkness to beyond.

six years pass...

Sometimes I can paint a picture and an accidental slip of the brush can produce something I really like, so I leave it in/work on it or whatever. Should I ever admit to these doings? Or does it still count as MY art?

Ste, Wednesday, 23 January 2008 16:22 (eighteen years ago)

Of course it's still your art!
