How true is this?

I think it's very true indeed, especially if you are sincere.
People seem to think you're kidding, putting them on, not for real.

And i'm fucking sick to death of it.

When I was interviewed for my job at UCL they asked me what I was passionate about, and I started rattling off a list of things. They obviously thought this was a plus point.
