who's done it? where you by yourself or in a big group? were you seen by many people or did you just run down barely populated streets?

i have a friend, who in college who used to do it all the time. one time he and a bunch of friends went riding their bikes naked. a girl went out only wearing a scarf. she ended up getting it stuck in a bike spoke and flipped over and got gravel all in her nakedness.

I used to be all about getting naked at the wrong time. And never at the right time.

Huk-L, Friday, 24 September 2004 19:12 (twenty years ago)

I'm beautiful on the OUTSIDE

I streaked once. Through the park. I was with one other boy and four girls. We were very drunk. It was excruciatingly cold.

Here's a not very safe for work page of a bunch of streakers at public events

My ivy-league-attending friend streaked with her sorority through the campus library. I'm pretty sure they were blitzed out of their minds on coke.

I streaked A LOT in college. It was very cathartic. (The best evening was the solitary lap around Harvard Yard; I was hoping someone would call the police but ALAS everyone was too busy studing orgo to look out of their windows.)

I did it twice in college. Both times were with small groups (like 4 or 5 people), and both were late at night -- so not that many people were around. The first time, my fellow streakers and I just strolled casually down the quad -- we didn't even run -- and then we made our way onto the tennis courts before returning for our clothes.

jaymc (jaymc), Friday, 24 September 2004 19:37 (twenty years ago)

I just remembered, it was the week of graduation, and so the stage had been set up on the quad, and the security guard outside didn't mind that we were naked but he wouldn't let us get up on the risers.

jaymc (jaymc), Friday, 24 September 2004 19:38 (twenty years ago)

In Central Park in the rain. I was also high out of my mind on coke.

luna (luna.c), Friday, 24 September 2004 19:39 (twenty years ago)

I wonder what it is about coke that makes the clothes go away? FWIW my incident up there was similarly fueled, although the scales were tipped exponentially more in the direction of tequila shots than lines of toot.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Friday, 24 September 2004 19:41 (twenty years ago)

Ah, for me, subtract the tequila, add Jaeger.

luna (luna.c), Friday, 24 September 2004 19:42 (twenty years ago)

My old roommate and I used to terrorize Southern Ontario Frat parties by defrocking ourselves and running around the block. There was probably some gay undercurrent to it as well.

Huk-L, Friday, 24 September 2004 19:43 (twenty years ago)

Also, I really don't need a reason to take my clothes off.

luna (luna.c), Friday, 24 September 2004 19:44 (twenty years ago)

Luna, we don't have to take our clothes of to have a good time. Oh no! We could dance and party all night (and drink some cherry wine, uh-huh).

Jermain Stewart (Dan Perry), Friday, 24 September 2004 19:45 (twenty years ago)

i just totally streaked through this thread, but luckily none of you guys were reading

JaXoN (JasonD), Friday, 24 September 2004 19:54 (twenty years ago)

Have to, no... I just like to.

luna (luna.c), Friday, 24 September 2004 19:59 (twenty years ago)

Eeep.

Jermaine Stewart (Dan Perry), Friday, 24 September 2004 19:59 (twenty years ago)

I'm okay taking my shirt off...if the movie warrants it.
