I had two kitties that never got along in the five years I had them. The lady cat just ended up living in a kitchen drawer that I left open a bit for her. She'd come out to eat, poop, etc, but remained in the drawer the rest of the time. It was a stupid situation but a drawer kitty is a low maintenance pet and a little more amusing than a houseplant or novelty throw pillow would be.
