is it just me or do celebrity deaths seem to happen in bunches?

it just seem that you have three or four months when maybe one or two buy the farm, and then you get a three week period where 6 or 7 shuffel off to the big agent's waiting room in the sky.

Laura thought that they invariably happened in bunches of three, and more often than not on a Sunday. We'd hear the news about one on the radio in the morning and then wait for the evening news on TV to see which other two had popped their clogs. And it always happened.

admitedly three is more realistic than the seven I postulated, but im glad i am not alone in this whole bunching thing. maybe the same force that governs this is also resonsible for placing lots of births around the longest and shortest days of the year.

Hmmm...subtract nine months...the chill of autumn (needing to keep warm) and the joys of spring (feeling frisky). Yes I suppose that's logical.

Or maybe, less logically, it's the MYSTERIOUS PAGAN POWER OF THE SPRING AND AUTUMN EQUINOXES that causes the fertility peaks!

A band I was in a long time ago wrote a song about celebrity deaths happening in clumps. I can't remember the words though. I don't think it was very good.
