For the benefit of people in offices:.. So that when you look at history, you don't see web page titles like "Did Rebecca Loos really masturbate a pig on live TV?" (which I'm dying to read, but can't at work.)
That is - default the < TITLE > tag to "Really important business that is essential to job" ..
