As inspired by the Transformers thread.

Did anyone ever notice how Panthro was easily the most competent of the Thundercats? Whenever Mumm-Ra tried to infiltrate the Cat's Lair in some weak as shit disguise (Pumm-Ra indeed), he was the only one who ever twigged. There was one episode where he was trapped in some big chasm or something, and when Lion-O turned up to rescue him he'd already managed to escape. Lion-O just turned round looking slightly sheepish.

So why wasn't Panthro Lord of the Thundercats? I say it's because he was purple.
