"The market share is only so big for American food, and chains like Kentucky Fried Chicken and McDonald's won't easily give way to Hooters," said Xue Yuanqing, a director with the Shanghai Culinary Association.

He added: "I don't know much about this restaurant, but generally, American food is not known for any particular virtues."

The wings are NOT that good. The sauce is almost chalky tasting and you only get nice, meaty wings 20% of the time. American food is sometimes great, but the franchises that make it out of the country don't represent us well, I think.

I've never had the wings, not on account that skanky babes serve them, but because they're the worst part of the chicken. It's what the other restaurants won't buy.
