Why shouldn't kids smoke?

If there's any segment of the population whose constitutions can withstand the rigors of tobacco use, it's our dear youth. I can see no reason why 16 year olds shouldn't enjoy a smoke now and then, even to excess.

It's our fragile 45-65 year olds at highest risk; Philip Morris should reallocate their anti-smoking ads towards these folks, and let the wild kids puff it up.
