getting money to study in europe (when you're american)

like a master's program in holland, say.

how is it done? point me in the right direction.

tuition is not very expensive but even so tuition + living expenses = more than i have in the bank.

In some countries, tuition is all free even for foreigners. At least back here it is, I'm not sure about Holland.

What do you want to study, Amateurist? I could otherwise recommend the Helsinki university to you, but I don't think we have too many English-language programs.
