When do the spots stop?

Let's say hypothetically you're approaching thirty and you still get spotty--can this plague ever be expected to end?

they should begin to lessen in late teens and continiue to lessen throughout the thirties, but greasy food and genetics can put paid to all that.

If you're still spotty in your late twenties might it not be a hormonal imbalance?

In a manner of speaking, yes, as in, I'm spotty, and therefore not, shall we say, irresistably appealing, and therefore slightly unbalanced, and my poor hormones are woefully disatisfied. It's like it takes money to make money. But clinically hormonally out of whack, no.
