i liked this show more than i may wish to remember. then again, i was 10.

also, what WAS jm j bullock's purpose on this show? i take it that he was supposed to be daughters' gay friend (the show WAS in san francisco, you know), only it was never stated forthrightly since this was pre-"will and gracie"?
