Why is it okay to write the word SEX in huge letters, but not okay to suggest it in slang? This country is FUCKED UP!

Well I'm certainly familiar with the expression 'give/get head.' Never heard 'get brain' though.

Is 'brain' a play on 'head', and I'm just a bit dim? Is that it?
