Did you go to the match? I missed two of our goals 'cos i was buying food. Still we won, and you didn't. Still your travelling fanbase is unbelievable.

Is this about the Hendon-AFC WImbledon game? I was there, cos I suddenly decided to start supporting Hendon, cos they're near me. It was very good. To whom did "Are you watching, Anderson" refer?

Lukey are you in Hendon???

No, I didn't go! I went with Sarah to the Chelsea book fair and time dragged on and in the end it would have been too difficult to get there. I suppose I'm a fairweather fan (albeit one who'se been to more than a dozen home and away matches this season).

You dicked on us well and truly, by the sound of it. Your ex-Chelsea striker was better than our ex-Chelsea striker. Props to Hendon for playing better - I heard (from a biased source) that we had the better of the first half, but they might be just trying to save face.

Anyway, nice one - I'm a bit gutted, but I can imagine how great the Hendon players and fans must feel. I suspect we'll play you again next season.

(p.s. did the AFCW fans have any decent chants about stealing your players/staff etc? I know it was discussed beforehand)

yea "we've got your manager, we've got your manager...." and "you don't have a manager, you don't have a manager...."
But this garnered the most loquatiouse Hendon crowd i have ever born witness to. We were chanting "we're the real dons," "your just a pub team from surrey" and "Harry Farrell's green and white army" which we chanted continuously for the last 10 minutes or so. Your thousand visiting fans (wow!) certainly raised the bar. My mate said that the 10 minutes in which we scored twice were the best he had seen in 3 years at Claremont, why couldn't I have waited for chips?

Is this the thread for crap football? If so, is anyone going to see Wycombe Wanderers take on Coalville Town next Saturday?

I'm surprised we only took 1,000, to be honest - we took 2,000 to Dover, but then I suppose the FA Cup has more romanticism, especially for Wimbledon fans.

Did the crowd sing "sign him up, sign him up, sign him up" when Hendon scored? We need an effective striker right now... What was the game like? Did you deserve a 3-0 victory? Did you like any of our players?

Generally you looked like a nifty outfit, especially in defence. I recon you should look at signinging Manny Wiliams from Leyton, who is a rediculously fast striker. No I didn't hear that particular chant, though the fierce winds of Claremont may have snatched it away.
