i slept for 12 whole hours and now i'm exhausted. how come?

i mean come on! if i over-eat i feel fuller, if i go too long without drinking i don't get *less* thirsty, how come i can sleep for longer and wake up feeling tireder? i don't feel tired like you do before bed where you actually are about to fall asleep, i just feel generally like keith richards.

we must have had threads like this before but i can't find them.

circadiun (spelling?) rythms tend to have a hand in this, you have messed them around so they are now punishing you by making you want to sleep untill they have settled down. Just try and get into a 7 hour a night rythm for the next week and everything should get back to normal
