Ask coworker out for a drink and start a mutual complaining session about all those fiddly little jobs that distract everyone from their "real" work. Then start making out, obv.

"RUN AWAY NOW AVOID AT ALL COSTS" has actually been my general guideline when it comes to social interaction for most of my life. It gets a bit lonely, though, so I need to try to work out what the alternative might be.
