alright, i am sick of my hovel, and something amazing has opened in my neighbourhood--a 4 bedroom, edwardian borwnstone, with 5 appliances, cable ready, hardword floors, slate kitchens, immacualte, warm and happy. its the best house i have ever seen--its a fucking dream house--and w. 3 other people, it will be the exact same amount of money as the shithole i am living in, in the same neighbourhood i love. (emereson and wallace--20 min walk from parkdale, 5 minute walk from bloor and dufferin, 5 blocks from lansdowne subway line. (1300 plus utilities/mo.)

the catch is that it has a closing date of 7 days. anyone can help ?

have you got enough dosh to cover the full deposit? sounds like you won't have a problem getting other people in there (tho you wouldn't necess. know them so could be risky!) - does sound excellent tho

its cleaned up lots, ive lived her for months, and its all ok.
(lots of nice bars, just they are mostly ethnicy)
also OPEN PLAN KITCHEN.
