Why don’t they send prisoners to Iraq? That way the prison population goes down and maybe they could fight the war instead? A great idea isn’t it?

Stalin did this, it was hilarious. He let all the prisoners fight, without armour and weapons and an advanced line, promising they would be pardoned after the war. After the war he locked the survivors back up again. What a prankster.
