Taking Sides: Michael Bay Vs James Cameron Vs Nicky Wire (in a big banana suit)

Cameron has one modern masterpiece to his name (Aliens), and everything is kinda dull. Titanic works for the last hour - it's like watching a huge car wreck take place and it looks mega! But T2 and T1 I dislike immensly and True Lies is awful.

Mr Bay has made some of the worst films in history and as one of my flatmates watched Armageddon the other night it struck me how poorly directed and designed the film is. BUT Michael Bay did produce the remake of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre which is MEGA and pretty much on a par with Aliens. Still, he didn't direct it - so I give the nod to Jimbo.

Nicky Wire looks amusing in a big banana suit, but he's not directed anything so his presence here is essentially irrelevant.
