hmmm.
I'm building the toys that Santy left yesterday for my kids.
I'm doing a spot of tapestry with my 5yr old daughter.
I'm charging batteries for my 'sons' model plane
I'm thinking of recipes for getting rid of half-a-tonne of cold turkey
and watching Mary Poppins for the umpteenth time..

are you having fun with it all?

i'm ill after eating too much yesterday. So i'm stuck in front of the telly, watching some crap Hong Kong tv drama about some volleyball players or something. I'm going to love British telly so much when I get back to the UK.

you're in hong kong just now?

HK tv drama pwns the british ones jellybean. i'm currently watching a load of cockney people being miserable in a east end pub.

yup. Been here for a week, and here for another two weeks or so. Last night we had all my mum's extended family round our flat, my ears are still ringing from all my screaming little cousings. The joy of Christmas...

re TV dramas.

The Japanese ones are the best. When I was in Tokyo last year, we watched them with the sound down and still managed to get the whole storyline based only on the actors' facial expressions

after yesterday's duck i'm not sure i can ever go back to turkey, but until they start genetically engineering ducks to be bigger and meatier i guess i'll have to

have two?

ken c (ken c), Sunday, 26 December 2004 15:17 (twenty years ago)

i watched a really good japanese drama about 10-pin bowling once.. in the final episode the guy asked the girl if he'd marry him if he can hit this 7-10 split.

i won't spoil the endings for you guys.

ken c (ken c), Sunday, 26 December 2004 15:19 (twenty years ago)

if SHE'd marry him, obv. the ending doesn't involve the girl revealing that she's actually a man

ken c (ken c), Sunday, 26 December 2004 15:19 (twenty years ago)

so basically, either you guys have all had a really dull christmas, or your christmas was so good that you had no time for the internet?

i dont realy blame momus for posting rubbish here, hes shaken. natural disasters are twice the shock for people with extremely anthropocentric worldviews.
