anyone using ontel as an ISP? (sorry, this is rather UK-specific, I think)

We're looking at changing our phoneline supplier from BT, but the downside is that I'll lose the use of my Demon surftime (IE free evenings & weekends) account as my primary account (because the only free account the offer is w/them as ISP, so I'll have to pay w/demon) This is a nuisance, but they are much cheaper & several relatives have used them and recommend them. Does anyone here use them? Are they any good, or not? Thanks.

My parents use them, and I've continued to use them through Uni. Not much to say really, which I guess is a good thing. Haven't had any problems so far. Always connects, easy to manage your account, speeds are consistantly fast, delivered all the stuff and got us set up in good time. For an extra £4 a month you can get all your calls to UK landlines free, so we did that too.

I have a dial-up account with them, no problems so far but I've only been using it for a month or so.
