Make Cheap Posters

I need to do a presentation at a Symposium in the S.F. Bay Area and I need to print a 3'x4' poster. My local Kinko's will do it for about $150 but that seems really excessive to me. How (or where) else can I do this without costing me an arm and a leg. I'll take my answer off the air. Thanks.

How far away is your audience? The price is because of the larger format, so it'll save a lot of money to get it printed tiled (separated into smaller sheets that you can reassemble into one larger one), if people aren't going to be close enough to see the little seams.
