Every time I hear "the Khartoum Government" I hear "the Cartoon Government."

The Cartoon govenrment signed a peace treaty with the mostly Christian and animist rebels in the south. Animists must be related to animators who could litterally rub out the Cartoon gov't, so the tension is a little easier to understand.

I'm hoping the Cartoon Government works according to different laws the same way cartoons have their own set of laws of physics.
