hi all, this thread is just a joke because i'm bored and no one is posting to the football thread and i won't be leaving for the next several hours, if at all. it is impossible for me to read and fully comprehend ulysses at the moment because i want to watch the football game (it's halftime). the 'i'm so sorry' thread has burned out and i was never really sorry anyway, except to jeremy, but i'm not anymore because he works in the advertising business. the thread title is true, and so is some of what's in it, but the thread itself is a joke. i don't think anyone will find it funny.

Yo, I read Ulysses cover to cover the other night while watching WWE Smackdown and swallowing handfulls of Xanax. I didn't even need to crack the annotation (20 bucks down the drain) to understand all the early 20th century Irish idioms and cultural references because I AM JUST THAT FUCKING BRILLIANT.
