All depends on what I've had for lunch and what I feel in the mood for when I come home, I figure. I just sorta rotate between standbys with no rhyme or reason.

I'll often do a weekend roast - lamb or beef - it always seems odd to do those midweek so if I find some fancy roast cuts on special, I'll do a big slap up roast with all the trimmings for Sunday dinner.

Right, who wants to come to mine for a big garlicky roast lamb dinner party then? =)

I grew up on Taco Thursday. Of course, at that time, a taco was exclusively a crunchy shell, spicy ground beef, olives type thing. It wasn't until my adult years that I experienced pickled marlin tongue tacos, sometimes on Thursdays...

I feel so weird. I will usually make a large vat of something and eat from it until it's gone. This WEEK'S special - baked chicken with red potatoes in a zesty cheese sauce smothered in onions and a few oz. of red wine. But tomorrow's Thursday, which means it's big-bad-ass-sandwich-on-the-road-day.
