I will be in London tomorrow, would you like to meet me for a pint? Martin Skidmore recommends some pub on Brewer's Street which is popular with London ILXoRs. I will be there with Mrs Vicar from about six if you care to join me.

i've no idea what i'm doing tomorrow, it may involve buying kitchen tiles. if so, i'll no doubt be gasping for a beer by 6 ;)

by the way, in case no one knows what I look like, I am about six feet tall, have short receding dark hair, wear glasses, will probably be wearing corduroy trousers, a jumper, and a blue paisley shirt. If you are there before me you will see me arrive wearing a corduroy anorak (I R Vicar in Corduroy) and perhaps a PLO scarf. Irene has very short dark hair and could be wearing anything.

I'll try very hard to be there - the odds of my making it feel somewhat better than they seemed last night.

I will play strip bar billiards with anyone except possibly Dr C, Tim H or Cabbage. Not because I don't want to see them naked, obviously, but because I fancy my chances of beating anyone else. I suspect we will not be tolerated long in the pub if we start this, however.
