Kier the Bear.

Kier the Bear is trying to kill me because I set him free. I didn't know he'd have to live in the sewers amongst humanity's excrement and effluent. I just wanted him to be free of the cage and the school. How was I to know that the filth and the stench would corrupt his mind, would torture his brain and awaken in him psychic powers? Now Kier the Bear will not rest until I am dead. Kier the Bear speaks to me in tongues with a voice from a hundred miles away. Kier the Bear vanishes for months, for years at a time, so long I think he has given up his quest for revenge, and then I hear a rumour, a rumour of a boy or girl attacked and killed by a black bear that speaks. And then I know fear.

Kier the Bear will eat my soul.
