- could borrow his AWESOME CLOTHES
- award-winning live-in chef
- knows hot models from work
- will help improve your credit rating

Cons:
- pest
- would probably watch Frasier all the time
- offputtingly sprightly
- maybe too slim for clothes-borrowing?
- would not enjoy Adult.

Oscar

Pros:
- will let you do whatever
- occasional guest appearance by Penny Marshall
- knows slutty girls
- cool voice
- will lose full tasty dinners in couch cushions

Cons:
- sports / cigars
- may remind you of shitty Quincy episodes
- disgusting
- borrows money a lot
- would probably dip into your stash and then eat all of your Little Debbie cakes that you were specifically saving for next time you smoked
