I recently read that there are certain languages in which love and life are the same word, and just a hair's breath away from the word for forever. Anyone know any such languages?

Inuit? I know they have an awful lot of ways to say "snow".

The Inuit thing is, yeah, kind of mythical (see Geoffrey Pullum), though now I find that kind of weird, for exactly the reason Michael demonstrates.

Well the myth was like two hundred. The reality is something like seven or eight different types of snow, which actually is probably about the same as English.
