A friend (X) just gave another friend of mine (Y) a chocolate bar. Y broke the bar in half, and gave me the wrapper and the rest of the chocolate. Inside the wrapper, it said "Sorry, but have not won the seats this time."

If the wrapper had said "You have won the seats", who would the seats belong to, X, Y or me?
