Thats curious. When MDMA first became known about again in the 70s/80s (having been invented quite a bit before that I gather), it wasnt known enough to get slapped with a Class A restriction. In the US, psychiatrists and marriage counsellors were using it in trials on people to improve relationships and anxiety. Then when it got hit by the FDA, they had to stop, despite some apparent well-attended seminars/protests by scientists.

It is hilarious to think they're bringing it back now... for soldiers (why do they get all the special treatment?). Especially considering we know now a lot more clearly that MDMA causes horrible bouts of depression and I can't see how it could possibly fix post-trauma stress!

Depends on how often/much you use it though, right? The people I know who do it often take some kind of supplement, I thought.

The existing drug-assisted therapy sessions last up to eight hours, during [which] music is played.

I hope they get to choose their own CDs.

Perhaps it's better for everybody if we just allow them to become, through sheer cussedness, brutalized and dehumanized mere shells of themselves. Gaze upon the callow cruelty of humans and weep! Buenos (hic) Noches.

You're terrible.

So's this idea.
