It's a Live thing.

You know when you hear Fred Durst talking and he's like "Limp Bizkit are a live experience" and all this crap. And I'm sure if you talk to a fan they'd say "you have to see them live before you can judge them". Or a non fan might say "I saw them live and they were great". But to me Limp Bizkit are like hard house music, no soul, plenty of noise and everyone is so off their tits on e or alcohol that they think it's brilliant anyway. I've used the line myself many times. In fact I was at Faithless and then in The Kitchen last night and it was one of the best nights I've ever had, but again it's probably due to stimulants partly.

Basically what I'm saying is, are some bands and djs just about making a big enough racket for people who have fuck all interest in music to jump around and jump into each other, rather than actually having good tunes? And what's the difference?

Wouldn't it be nice if folks could just call in any music they like, and the music was at hand at all of the stations where people from all over the world could send in requests? It sure would beat the handfull of repeats day after day! I don't listen to radio anymore at all. I think it's a crock! What do you think? Gale

Gale, I wasn't quite ready for that outburst. Mitch
