Life is indescribably bad. How can I follow up this plan?

This will *burn*.

Spencer Chow (spencermfi), Friday, 18 February 2005 23:46 (twenty years ago)

Use the bottle of champagne in the bubble bath before opening it.

Remy (null) (x Jeremy), Friday, 18 February 2005 23:47 (twenty years ago)

What does it *mean*?

Orbit (Orbit), Friday, 18 February 2005 23:49 (twenty years ago)

Are you looking for lewd suggestions? 'Cause when I hear champagne + bubble bath, I ain't thinking clean.

Michael White (Hereward), Friday, 18 February 2005 23:51 (twenty years ago)

There's a story about Natalie Wood bathing in champagne which apparently involved a hospital visit (for some reason I remember Dennis Hopper telling it).

Er no, I am a romantic at heart, mon cheri.
I mean after that, what on earth could someone possibly do to keep the life-suckingness at bay?

Orbit (Orbit), Friday, 18 February 2005 23:53 (twenty years ago)

A date with Dennis (what're they gonna say when HE goes, when IT dies) Hopper would be a good followup.

Curl up with good book? Watch life-affirming film? Bring little boats into bath and re-enact the tragic bubbleberg accidents of the high seas?

Michael White (Hereward), Friday, 18 February 2005 23:55 (twenty years ago)

Order dinner in, go to Rocket Video and pick up something made in the US ca. 1943, bake bread.

Bubbleberg! Bubbleberg! Bubbleberg!

Champale, when I was in my 20s was PMS food, along with the giant bags of popcorn you could buy at the liquor store.

What's currently perking me up: Watching Spandau Ballet on Trio.

Will probably not work for you, but, well. Hm. Come to think of it, the champagne + bubble bath idea (along with a good book! can't forget that good book!) sounds like the best possible idea. Oh, and some soothing music too. Just a general, chilled-out atmosphere for a generally chilled-out night.

Also: Take care of yourself, hon.

I usualy dick around on the computer. Right ow my only reason for living is the constant influx of new music I get via my favorite p2p. I figure life will maybe change, even if I'm not proactive. Got a favorite p2p? I suggest you get one. It's all about taking ten days at a time.

Coffee, maybe a cig, and getting outside in the company of others usually works for me.
